June- little bit of everything!

June was a month that marked a handful of "lasts," some "firsts," and lots of in-betweens. Last day of school for our crew, first trip to a Nat's game, Father's Day, and our 15th anniversary are a few of the biggies in this post, then our celebratory trip to Turks and Caicos will be in another one. The month flew by with lots of activities for all of us!

To add to the craziness of June, I had the exciting opportunity to be one of the featured soloists for the Mozart Concerto in G with the flute ensemble I play with! I played the solo part of the 3rd movement, and was so grateful for the experience. Below is a little snippet my mom recorded on her phone!

The last week of June, Steve and I had the amazing opportunity to mark our 15th anniversary with a trip AWAY!!! Largely thanks to my folks for being willing to stay at our place and watch our kiddos. They were troopers! Another post with our vacation post will be up soon, but here are some pics of the fun that was had with Nana & Pop-Pop!
